I think that I am conditioned enough.. 5 months of PE(4monts PESG's routine and 1 month of JP)..should I just continue with JP or move on something more advanced or mabye just some lenght work?

For coaching..I sadly can't afford it. I am a student and bodybuilder, so all the money goes for gym membership, foods, and maybe some supplements here and there...
