Thread: Stretching intensity?

There seems to be some debate about this. For length gains, how hard should I be pulling on my penis? Should I pull to full BPFSL? If so, how quickly should I get there?

Stretch slowly to approach your BPFSL, then stretch slowly to try to stretch beyond it. I wouldn't suggest "sudden jerk stretches". Also, stretching intensity is based on how long you have been stretching for, IE; weeks or months, yada yada yada..

I found stretching really hard made me turtle more and recover way slower. Lately I've been stretching lightly and slowly like Jay said and I like that 10x more. It all comes down to personal preference tho, whatever works for you. Just don't pull so hard you hurt yourself.Start (Nov 2012) 6.0 BPEL x 4.75
