Bundled stretches have a detailed picture discription in the "exercises" section. I believe if you Google "mandingo stretch blue whale" there's a great video. It looks like an awesome stretch, but even with an almost 8" flaccid pull I still can't wrap it around my fist for a good enoughs stretch! lol! Ehh, maybe by next year.

You have to already have it preset the degree a bit else it will be hard to route more for the bundle putting too much pressure on the contort of the wrist. And, if you are just starting out, leave them alone because you don't know yet what issues you have in gaining (length/girth). It takes a little time to really know after about 6 months of PE to see where trouble areas are at in gains.
Bundles are primarily meant for those with multi-layered tunica to assist in expanding the tunica region whether it be a limiting factor for length (bpfl > bpel) or girth.Begin 7/25/2011:

I do have large hands. My hand length straight out is 9 inches and I am 6'2. Monkey arms. You can see way even 8 inches don't look at that long with my hand next to it. But I have my penis routed a bit (like 90 degrees) before I start to twist anyway to give my wrist more movement with ease so I can control how much more I may need or less.
