    For those of yo who do LAS stretches, how do you guys not squish your nuts???

      I pull my nuts to the side and sit with my legs slightly open.
      PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

        But anyways as GrowingMine said, the best way would be to pull them to the side, but I pull my dick upside down, meaning pull it from beneath your cheeks not from the top.. Know what I mean?

            Are these stretches better for gains? or are they just good to incorporate in your daily stretches?

              I would love an answer to this myself. Are these good stretches for length gains? I am so time poor as i working i could be PE'ing if these are worth it.
