The things I hate the most about my penis is the fact that it turtles all the time. I just find it rather annoying. I am always adjusting and trying to get it to come out. While I'm working out it is even worse. I hate the fact that I am always grabbing at my dick. Well I have been working on trying to solve my precum issue I stumbled across some great info on core stablization while trying to balance my pelvic floor. As I was reading about the PC muscle I noticed something about a muscle that may have to deal with turtling. I will post the link then a quote from the link.
Pubococcygeus muscle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"The kegel exercises are a series of voluntary contractions of all the perineal muscles. Such movement is done in an effort to strengthen all the striated muscles in the perineum's area. They are often referred to simply as "kegels", named after their founder, Dr. Arnold Kegel. These exercises also serve to contract, among others, the ischiocavernosus, bulbocavernosus, and cremaster muscle in men, as voluntary contraction of the pubococcygeus muscle also engages the cremasteric reflex, which lifts the testicles up, although this does not occur in all men. Kegel exercises have been prescribed to ameliorate erectile dysfunction due to venous leakage and to help men control premature ejaculation and to treat urinary incontinence in both sexes."
This is refering to kegals, In the bold section it talks about the cremasteric, which lifts the testicls up. Most of our balls lift right before ejaculation.
Here is my therory and experience in the last week:
I know my pelvic floor is way out of ballance so I have been working on that. I have been more focused on RK and trying to stop all involuntary Kegals. Along with my RK's I have been trying to loosen my pelvic floor all day. Kind of like holding a slight RK all day long, because My PC muscle is always clinched. Now with my turtling I noticed my balls get really tight and raise. Once they are raise my penis is forced straight out, and then eventually retreats. Ever since I have been working on RK and working on relaxing my PC and BC muscles all day my turtling has gone away by about 80%.!!!! I have held off turtling during working out and seem to have more stamina with keeping my pelvic floor more relaxed. Now once I feel myself getting tight and start clinching again, the turtling starts. I think it's all about muscle conroll.
Here is another link about core stabilization. Read it over especially the part about the pelvic floor!

i understand exactly where you're coming from. i find myself adjusting myself all the time when i'm moving around a lot. that having been said, it's not always a bad thing. if you're circumcised, like i am, you lose the protection of your foreskin. it's a well known fact that the penis loses sensitivity after circumcision, and a huge part of that is the fact that you've lost your sheath. so when i turtle, especially when i'm not around anyone, i let it do it's thing, because keeping it 'out' like that and away from the remaining foreskin can further desensitize the head.
