Why do we do helicopters? To increase blood flow? Do they increase size at all? I like doing them now that my ligs are good and loose..

I am not that big so I need to use my hand. I do them between long stretches to limber up the ligs and smooth muscle.Last edited by not2big; 04-06-2013, 01:06 PM.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
