I shot you a pm that my eq was going down.

I remember when I first started doing UJ's and UV's, my erections were insane. Rather than overdoing those, I believe I was stretching WAY too hard, while doing my jelqs (all three kinds) too quickly (1-2 second strokes opposed to 3-5 second).

Did some slower jelqs yesterday, and had some insane errections today! Gonna be sure to keep up stretching but just not pull as hard, while instead of doing reps for the jelqs, do them for a certain amount of time slowly so I don't cheat myself like I have been for past 6-8 weeks.
