let's say for me the ultimate PI is the morning wood
Let me share with you my story :
After my 1st week i got used to having sessions and stuff. Positive PIs horniness / nice hang
After my 2nd week i am noticing more often morning woods (i usually don't get) Positive PIs horniness/nice hang/morning erections/
And on my 3rd week of PEing after almost every workout day i get a morning woodie. And now i know the exact limits of my body at this moment - how much is good and how much is not good ( overtraining ) . Positive PIs really horny/morning erections/awesome hang/really really easily getting hard
And now to the problem... i've noticed that in the rest days i don't get any positive PIs. Let's say i do my last workout in Friday - then in saturday is my last morning wood,and then Sunday and Monday mornings i wake up with a non-erected penis , but Tuesday-Saturday every day morning woods.Like .. what the hell i also notice that in rest days my penis doesn't hang so well ... i feel like i get a hard flaccid ... but in training days i have a nice soft hang .. Am i the only one experiencing these things or what ?
Tommorow is my first workout from week 4 and after week 4 - i will measure , hopefully gained something but i feel sceptical about it ...
I really hope somebody helps me out/ gives an opinion or anything !
