Hey Gents,
I have been feeling pretty good with my new routine. I am going to add a 5th day of stretching to do a 5 on 2 off routine. I have been drinking 3-4 cups of green tea a day and making sure to kegel before each exercise. I have been doing the mandingo stretch and the bundle stretch 2/4 of the days I do PE. Maybe its because I use some lotion to light jelq after my warm up, but i always find myself losing grip even when i trap some blood in the head. Also, I have watched the video on the mandingo stretch and he says that you should feel the stretch all the way to your ass. I dont particularly feel that all the way back like that. I do feel a more intense stretch but nothing too too crazy. Also for the bundle stretch i do one full 360 twist. Should i be doing more?
