so i'm going to be getting my own apartment soon and then i won't have to deal with my roommate possibly asking to use the bathroom when i'm PE'ing in there, wondering why i'm in my room all day when i'm PE'ing, etc. ... i don't feel like explaining the whole PE thing to him right now. i might not move that soon though and it may be a while until i can start my very first penis enlargement routine(which is fine, i'm a patient guy), BUT i was wondering if i should do anything else in the meantime, like KEGEL?! is it safe and/or smart to do them before starting other things first(stretches/jelqs)? how should i go about these kegels b/c i've never did one before? should i warm up, what are the types of kegels(i ask that b/c i think you can do them without having to be erect), how many, etc.? should i just follow : Kegel Exercises For Men - Penis Exercise For Size and Harness ? thank you!
