What is up guys. So while doing the JP90 routine i think it says to do 50-70% erection, if i want to target length what erection level should i be at and why is it going to focus more on length? Also ive seen people typing PONR, what is it? And alot of people avoid porn and mastrubation, why? And what benefits do edging have? Thanks!

You're fine with doing the jelqs as JP said, but it is usually believed that jelqing at low erection level (30%) is better for length, probably because as you're more flexible you get more stretch in the ligs at the end of the jelq.
PONR is the Point Of No Return, it's moment when you know you won't hold back your ejaculation/orgasm (two things that can be separated, look into the stickied posts in the premature ejaculation forum).
