Long time reader, first time poster. I am 20 years old and I've been doing PE for a little over 7 months now and I'm having trouble making any gains. When I began PE I knew nothing about it so I decided I wanted to try different people's routines with as many different exercises as possible to help determine what exercises I like and don't like. Let me start with my routine: I began PE on September 10, 2012 by doing the JP90. I did this until December 7, 2012 and noticed very minimal gains. Mostly just a harder erection.
Over the next 6 weeks from December 10-January 18 I changed my routine to thiswhich is explained here. Here's the gist of it:
Morning- Basic stretching, JAI stretches (75), Between the cheek stretches, (5 stretches at 1 minute each), and double stretches (5stretches at 1 minute each).
Evening- 10 minutes of jelqing with a 30 second ULI every 2 minutes for a total of 5 ULIs, and 5 minutes of sadsak slinkys.
I did this 5 days a week.
I made all of my gains in the first 3 weeks of this routine. I grew about ¼ of an inch in length and 3/8 of an inch in girth. My girlfriend constantly commented on how much my penis was growing over such a short period of time and it gave me so much motivation. However, over the next three weeks no more growth occurred. I didn’t expect to grow that much every 3 weeks so I didn’t get discouraged, but I did decide to take a week off.
After that week I began this same routine from January 28-February 22nd with no gains. I decided that maybe I had gotten all I could get out of this routine and decided to change to something else. I found a popular success story over here and decided why not slightly modify his routine and give it a shot? The routineis explained here. But here’s the basics of what I did:
-Basic stretching(up, down, left, right 50 kegels while stretching in each direction, 15 circle stretches left and right between each stretch).
-10 second flaccid bends in each direction (2 sets).
-2x45 second ULIs.
-15 minutes of jelqing
-3 minutes of v-jelqs
-2 minutes of side-jelqs.
-20 minutes of edging
I did this routine 5 days a week,but only did the edging 3 days a week from February 25-today which has been 7 weeks. I’ve noticed absolutely no erect gains. My flaccid size has gotten noticeably larger (probably from edging but I never measured it so I don’t have an exact number).
I could really use whatever advice you guys have on what to do next. I feel like the ULIs, sadsak slinkys, and side jelqs are doing the most for me, but can’t be sure. I’m not overly concerned about focusing on lengthor girth right now, I just want to grow. Am I just impatient and should give it more time? Should I change my routine again? Is there any explanation to why all my gains happened over such a short period of time and then stopped?

I think maybe doing some more stretching will help with your length go to the exercises on this forum and add some or all to your routine. I do the jp90 still but added more stretches and and hold the stretches for 1 minute. I can't really help you with girth still trying to figure out how to gain some.

Your routine looks pretty good, I can only recommend to add many more Uli's, work gradually your way up to ten and why not more afterwards.
Have a look at Horse Squeezes , and see if you like them, they're more intense than Uli's.
