Discolored glans from masturbating with too tight of a grip, count as overtraining?
Title says it all, my glans is becoming slightly discolored, I'm positive it's due to masturbating with too tight of a grip and rapid stroking pace. Wondering whether to take a break or not, any help would be greatly appreciated
