  • Order of exercises?

    I want to focus more on girth and there are 3 exercises i will be doing, one is a device.

    ULI's, Jelqs and water pump (bathmate)

    Id do V-Jelqs as well but i find them very awkward to perform.

    I also have a question about ULI's, when i clamp hard at the base (pressing toward pubic bone), the only indication that tells me im doing them right is that my dicks veins pops out alot.

    So anyway, heres the routine.

    Warmup
    10 min bathmate normal pressure entering flacid
    5 min jelq
    30 sec ULI's
    5 min jelq
    30 sec ULI's
    5 min jelq
    30 sec ULI's
    10 min bathmate entering hard with challenging pressure

    So thats basicaly doing jelqs and ULI's for 15ish minutes. Do you think thats effective.

    i think im going to try V-Jelqs again to see if i get it town

      So i tried the V-Jelqs at first but even tough i did them correctly i dont know if it really did anything, maybe i wasnt applying enough pressure... then a few minutes later i switched to regular jelqs and i was good to go. Did them for a few minutes then a few sets of ulis.

      A Pretty good workout, will try to apply more pressure on the V-Jelqs next time.
