Hello there everyone,
This is my first thread and word to anyone ever on this subject.
I havnt done any measurments or anything of the sort but years ago I remember measuring at close to 6 inches in length.
Two years ago I ended my longterm relationship of almost 4 years, during that time I did not feel like there was any issues nor did my gf state anything. The thing is that she was 19 years old and maybe had not seen many in her years when I first started dating her. 4 years later 2 years ago we broke up due to her wanting kids and me not at that or this moment in time.
Since then I have been super busy with life and have only slept with maybe 4 girls. I've always had a thing for smaller tight women usually younger than 23 and maybe weighing close to 120 lbs at the most being around 5 6 in height. I myself am 6 2 and at the time around 200lbs. Since breaking up with her I've began wieght training intensely for the past 2 years and have went from 200lbs to 230lbs with more muscle and less bodyfat.
The thing Is that now I've grown out of dealing with stupid young girls and have began getting involved with taller more cuvacious women.
I've just met a girl recently that I've been seeing for the past couple months and she is very curvacious but not fat by any means. I don't know if its just how big I've gotten my legs are huge now or that maybe my choice in women has changed but I just feel like my cock is stuck in the past and it needs to follow me in size somehow. I would like advice on where I should begin in these matters ill be a team player and post before afters and what routine I'm following for anyone who would like solid proof about the PE GYM and everything involved with penis enlargement.

Firstly, welcome to the gym! I can completely understand where you are coming from. I went from 75kgs to almost 100kgs in about two years from training. This was back when I was 17-18 and I was so conscious about my size of everything which led me here.
Have a look at the threads on beginners forum. It has fantastic information that every beginner should know. Have a look at the JP90 routine. I did the full three months and gained some.
I also believe you are here for the long run as PE is just another form of bodybuilding and you have shown that you have the patience for that. This being said, take good photos! Look at Rammin's photos for what I mean.

Follow what mark said and you'll be grand. One thing is don't start too hard or too fast. Quite a lot of people on here bodybuild or lift pretty regularly and some guys think when they're stretching they have to tug with massive amounts of force, which is quite a considerable force for the stronger ones. I'd just say don't be tempted to use all your strength when stretches don't need to be intense, especially not in the first 6 months.
Also, before you start I would recommend looking up and doing the reading on how to measure properly, it sounds daft but just when you're putting this much time and effort into something for centimeters and milimeters on the ruler, it gives you a good peace of mind to be able to know you definately gained rather than just measured differently.
