currently i am on a calorie deficit diet to lose weight. can i increase the length with extender while on this diet? to build tissue there should be a calorie surplus right? i am having good enough proteins daily.

Id like to know this as well. Im also on a cutting diet with 500calorie deficit. However Im also working out 5 days a week for an hour a day with weights.

I would assume, as long as your getting the proper nutrients, protein, carbs, amino acids, etc.

Your unit, no matter how big it is is a small organ. If you are eating well, restricted or not, you don't have anything to worry about. Guys here lately have been going nuts over all kind of things related to their pride and joy. If you are living a healthy lifestyle, you are fine down there.
