  • PE before or after weightlifting?

    just wanna know, if it makes a difference in results if you bodybuild right after or a few hours after doing a PE routine...It kinda sounds like its a bad idea to bodybuild after cause of the turtling efect when lifting and all the blood goes awayfrom ur penis..but im no expert or vet at PE so what do u guys think?

    There is no definitive answer. I personally would not workout after a PE routine because I also experience the turtling effect. But if you gotta lift after a PE workout because of time constraints I would traction wrap it or where a what-a-grip to reduce turtling

      I experience this quite a bit. It literally crawls up inside itself after a set of heavy compound movements. I've gotten into the habit of PEing after lifting. It just feels right.

        I break it up into three steps.

        PE - stretching and jelqing.

        Gym - at least 2 hours after

        Edging for 20-30 min to increase flaccid hang
