Hi. Some of you may know me, and I have done a lot of research on this site but I had a quick question to see if any of you know if this is a Positive or Negative indicator on my penis.
My routine usually consists on 2 days on 1 day off and I do a warmup, with 100-150 jelqs and 50 ujelqs along with some mild stretching and other really mild exercises.
Couple things. Every now and then I get slight bruising on the under part of my penis, I think it's called the Corpus Sponglosum? Would this be a Negative indicator or a neutral one (I don't think its positive?)? It never gets to the point where I'm like "wow, that looks bad" but there is definitely slight bruising going on there. Maybe I need to tone my routine down even more to reduce the bruising, and maybe this will actually help my penis overall. Because I know it's not about how hard you work your penis, it's about getting positive indicators from your penis.
Also, should turtling occur before or after a bruise happens? Or does that have nothing to do with anything.
When I first started PE I wanted to go straight for Girth, but I realized it's harder to gain Girth and easier to gain length. So the smart thing to do is work on length first and girth will come later on.
Thank you for your comments and apologies if I could have found this information elsewhere.

I'm pretty rough with my unit, and I don't really notice any discoloration besides the red spots. My theory is, if you're not in pain, you're fine. IF you're experiencing discomfort from the bruises and they hurt when you jelq, you need to take some time off.
