I have been reading around here alot here lately and recently put a thread up about BPSFL to BPEL, now its said that if the bpfsl is longer than bpel than jelqing catches it up. Now I have been extending for almost 2 months now or over 200 hours and I normally jelq before I strap in, I just read in someone elses thread that is bad for gains That i should focus only on length than girth? I jelq before extending for blood flow and I thought help with gains?

What you may have read is that the greater the girth the harder for length gains. I think you are referring to the TGC theory.Mighty oaks from little acorns grow!

You'll get confused on this site if you try to take everyone's opinions for granted, because there's a good bit of disagreement around here.
For example, I think TGC theory is wrong. Stretching has been shown, not only on this forum but through published scientific research, to induce hyperplasia in smooth muscle cells, so there's no need to throw in girth exercises to try to support your length gains, and in fact adding girth will make it harder to gain length. A thin rubber band is easier to stretch than a thick one.

So basically what your saying is I should stop jelqing while extending? And focus only on stretching routines instead of girth with extending?

Short sessions of light jelqing may serve as a compliment to your extending routine, but only for the sake of circulation. Helicopter shakes, Firegoat rolls, and edging can all also serve the same function.
Nothing "stimulates blood flow" more than actually having an erection, so in my opinion edging is the most effective.
Length first, girth second.
