I read a post recently, and others over time that suggest a warmup isn't only to decrease chance of injury, but that it also allows your ligs/muscle tissues to elongate farther and easier. If so, shouldn't we keep heat on ourselves during our routine to be more effective?
It's just a thought, but my dick definitely warms down after 1.5 hours of exercise.BPEL---EG-----Date

That sounds terrifying, need to cover your testicles to protect sperm, although in that article it shows methods like a warm washcloth that would be a good example for my question/thought....maybe wrap a hot washcloth around the penis after a warm-up but during manual stretching, keep the penis nice and hot while stretching.

When I hang I keep the rice sock on the base of my dick during the first 5-7 minutes of my first 2 or 3 sets. Then for the last set or two I let everything cool off.
I still do a thorough 15 minute warm-up before attaching the hanger.Collection of scientific articles and books related to PE: pe_sources.zip

Just do the initial warm up. The worst think that can happen is that you spend a bit more time on your routine... but at least you lessen the change of getting an injury.

Well yeah, but the work on your unit should technically be enough to keep it warm throughout the workout. But now you are also talking 1.5 hour of exercise.. I normally only do a 45-60 min routine. That include Warmup, stretching, Jelqing and Ulis, and then warm-down.
So maybe with the length of your routine you might consider having a second warmup in the middle...
But for my length of workout it is fine to just have the warmup, and generally be in room that is not cold so I don't freeze while doing the session....The hammer i speak of is my manhood.

10-15 min warm up, 5-10 min stretch, 25-30 min mix between Jelqs and Ulis, 5 min warm-down.
Although should be said that I always take an initial shower before starting my routine, which eventually warms my whole body. But the shower is just a part of my daily routine....The hammer i speak of is my manhood.
