Ok this is all new and exciting to me but i have a couple questions. First off when doing stretches what is actually constricting the length of an erect penis, is it the ligiments or the penis itself. When I pull my penis it everywere feels like it wants to pull out further except for a few ligiments on the top. the rest of my penis feels like it wants to go at least another inch. I do have a upward curve in my penis which measures a good inch longer on the bottom of my penis than the top. So my question is i it is only these upper lligiments that are holding my length back can I expect to see quicker gains and possibly a straight penis once these ligs. are stretched?
