Healing Nerve Damage

Anyone have any good advice on getting some sensitivity back? I think i over stretched my suspensory ligament a few months ago and this caused some nerve damage. I can still get an erection just fine but there is a tremendous loss of enjoyment and sensation down there...The doc says everything looks fine, and should be fine if I can still maintain an erection during sex. Any adivce would be so helpful right now...
