lately it has come to my attention that to prolong your endurance in bed,you need to not only edge but also stimulate the most sensitive spot on you and not just try and hold it for as long as possible.
I've been edging for a year now and I can go for as long as I want by using the stop and go method...my record was about 2 hours and 20 minutes I believe.
but I mostly focus on the shaft itself and don't mess with the head a lot...I do touch it but not as much.
even when doing it like that I've seen progress in my endurance...I start feeling the sensations rise after about 15-20 minutes after I've started and I can manage to get 30-35 minutes in while constantly jerking,by that I mean not letting go at any time or stopping...constantly jerking
what I want to know is,if I focus edging on the most sensitive spots like the head,will I notice an improvement in my general endurance?
and come to think of it...what are our most sensitive spots on the penis?4/15/2012 starting 15/13 cm
