  • Advanced manual routine, tips and comments?

    Here's my routine:

    -Rice sock warm up.
    -Light stretches in circles with JAI's.
    -Stretches in all directions with 35 kegels in each direction.
    -Stretches one minute in each direction.
    -White mandingo's stretch (Pulling your wiener between your legs in child's pose) 3×1 min.
    -A-stretch 3×45 sec.
    -Bundled stretch 3×45 sec.

    And sometimes I edge or jelq and do horse squeezes.

    Is this a good routine? I see temp girth gains pretty easy(when I jelq or do thugs), but not so much lenght wise, even though this is mainly a lenght routine.

    What do you guys think? Anything to add or change? Don't have the money to buy a hanger or extender right now.
