Gents,
I made my blog a couple of weeks ago for this new routine I started. Alot of advanced stretching and wrapping. I feel great from it, along with eating super healthy and having some decaf green tea every day. I do PE 4 times a week but I would like to incorporate a wednesday workout. Any suggestions of different advanced stretches? I do Bundled, Mandingo, Tunica Tugs, 4 way, and A- right now. I heard someone mention DLD blasters but i really have no idea what that is nor if it would help me for this stretching routine. I feel great, Im pretty sure my PIs are positive (I have been popping more wood.) Any suggestions fellas?
