Been doing mostly stretches and some jelking for the past 6 months and have enjoyed the gains.
I have gradually upped my reps and intensity but the past couple of months I have not seen any changes so think I will take a 2 - 3 week break. From what I have read - breaks don't hurt. Going to be interesting to see if I do gain during a break as others have posted.

So, gonna recharge the engines.

I'll keep reading the posts here since the knowledge base seems vast and interesting.
