I have been doing pe for about 7 months now. I have been a visitor to this site since then and just recently signed up for an account. My question is about my routine. My current routine is 15 mins of jelq and warmup followed by 3 sets of 20 min hanging (currently only doing light hanging of 2.2 lbs) after hanging I do 2 sets of 15 min pumping. I then do a 10 min cooldown with a warm rice pack then put on a divocup and divosock. Is this a good workout? Opinions? I havent measured myself since I started because I do not want to get worried kinda like you dont weigh yourself everyday when trying to lose weight.
