I had to take a week break from PE due to traveling and lack of privacy, and I was only able to put in a couple of stretches and a few jelqs during that period (but mostly nothing).
After that I noticed that my flaccid was thinner/smaller (less blood flow) and also i had a bit of a harder time to get a good erection.
Might be in my mind, but it got me wondering: how much is enough (amount of exercises) to keep gains on a forced break (sickness or travel)? Should working in a few stretches and 5 minutes of jelqing be enough to at least give the penis some workout and not to be at risk to be set back?

If you can get in 5 good minutes of stretching and 5 to 10 minutes of jelquing that should easily be enough to maintain. If you cant then do some edging at night in your bed and you should be good.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Thanks BigO. Yes, that's what I wanted to know. It's tough to gain on the road or when sick, so when these occasions arise, the thing is to try not to lose anything.
