Thread: Reflect upon your pe experience

Over the past couple years i've noticed that theres always different people looking for the same information about stretches, diet, squeezes etc. Therefore I wanted to start a thread where people could reflect upon their pe experience and post the exercises, lifestyle changes, and diet they have utilized to change their penis and life. This thread is for information gathering purposes only.
As for me, it started with being unhealthy in general, I took a step up and started consuming only fish, nuts, vegetables, and fruits(this made skin healthier and eq better). As for pe I realized less was more for me, I balloon to maintain erect size, stretch/uli for length/girth gains, and finally v-jelq for erect quality itself(routine done in this order every other day). Applying flax oil directly to my penis daily has actually helped me maintain my gains. I take l-lysine before bed on an empty stomach. I also workout BEFORE penis work.

This helps me a little. Im kind of starting on my journey to gains and your post alone helps me realize that i really do need to work on my diet for this to work.Start 2013: NBPEL: 5.75 BPEL: 6.7
Goal: NBPEL: 7-7.5 BPEL: 8 (Gain 1.25)
EG: 5.5 to 5.75 (Gain .2 in)
