Hey guys, im a new member but not so new to PE. I had a jelqing routine whch consisted of 10-15 minutes a day with two rest days at the end. I did this for a little over six weeks, during which i noticed a dramatic increase in erection quality and sex drive. I couldnt really tell if my penis was actually growing or if it just looked bigger because more blood was getting into it. I have stopped jelqing for about four weeks now and wanted to start over with an actual beginners routine that has worked for someone. Please help! also i wanted to know what was the best way to measure your penis for an accurate measurement!
