Thread: Results after a short break.

Just finished a short break and thought I would report how it went.
I started PE in mid October 2012 using the JP90 plan and tailored it to what I liked. After about 3 months the stretches were getting intense, yank the bastard I have never had much luck with Jelking as I could not hold an erection long enough, ED issues. I had not seen any gains for a few months and after reading about some that took a break they came back and posted some. I was aiming for a few weeks but broke down after 1-1/2 weeks missed my tugs. During the time off I did fowfers during the night, a few Jai stretches followed by tension wrapping for about 7 8 hours during the day. As I said I broke down after 1-1/2 weeks and went thru an intense workout with stretches, some 10 lb hanging, and some clamping on Sunday, followed by a reserved 20 min stretching on Monday and for 2 days in a row I hid the 6.50 BPEL a gain of about 1/8. Dont know if this is a coincidence or not but will definitely take on more breaks as I progress. I did lose some girth though. To sum up I gained Ύ in a little more than 6 months.

Thanks for telling about how breaks helped your growth .
Maybe others will do the same and get their gains also .
I'm one of those that doesn't take a break once in a while .
It does help to get away from a routine and let things settle in better .
