Hello guys, I have some questions about PE.. I am currently doing not a hard program.
-2 minutes warm up
-stretching left,right and middle for 15 seconds(4 times)
-jelqing for 10 minutes
I have heard that if you over-train you are not going to see results so I am keeping this not hard program.
My question is what problems can be caused to my penis from this program? What is turkey neck and can jelqing result to a hard flaccid? After your penis gets hard flaccid, is there comeback?

Nothing you are doing should cause you any problems.
A flaccid "Stiffie" if you will, can occur from overtraining. 7 days a week is not recommended. Normal recommendation is at least two days off somewhere in your week. M-F on, Sa-Su off. Mo-tu on, wed off, Thu-sat on, Su off. Something to that effect.
Most everyone starts out with the JP90. Look up and to the left of your menu bar for "Start Here" click that and read the links listed for getting started. REad first to save yourself from injury.
