  • Which girth exercise worked best for you?

    I'm trying to add another girth exercise to my routine, and i'm trying to see what worked best for you guys, currently i'm only doing ULIs for girth.

      Clamping with shoestrings. I can feel it a couple days later and it almost always results in a fuller feeling penis with only a few short sessions.
      BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
      MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
      CI:1.5 -2.5

          I tie a shoestring around my base, behind the balls, not too tight, with an erection. I continue to stay hard and over-inflate my dick with kegels and concentration and sometimes a bit of grip. !!!NOT FOR NEWBIES!!!

              Not long. I think the longest I've gone was about 5 minutes and I worked up to that.

                  The feel of the extreme expansion could be felt after a couple days. Like when you hang and feel it in your ligs a few days later.

                    I believe various versions of trapping blood in the penis bysqueezing or clamping at the base and then safely further increasing the ininternal pressure of the shaft using the other hand by jelqing, bending, squeezing, kneading, and twisting is the basis for girth. Girth is awesome...I began thinking my dick was big with girth increases much more than length.
                    Started: 7 x 5
                    Current: 8 inches x 6.25 inches (whole shaft)
                    Goal 8.5 x 6.5

                              When I first PE'd back in the day all I did was jelq's in the shower. They got me to 6" girth (as i would later measure and find out). When I came back to PE (beginning of my log) I was at 6" max. Through a combination of jelq's as my base exercise with some squeezes and later short clamping sessions I got up to about 6.3" max. I've come back down since to 6" again as I've worked length preferentially. Hope this helps!
