I have been PEing since last fall and since March I have been busy. This has really put a strain on me PEing regularly and making any gains. I am still conditioned well and my EQ is excellent. But in the gains department I have been stuck for multiple months now.
What I would really appreciate is a very quick and intense routine, or any other advice on how to get the most out of a session that is a total of 30 minutes.

My opinion try this for 30 days -- and this is just my opinion because it's what I am doing and it's working for me. My wife has commented several times on my dick being more 'dense'
-> Manually stretch for 15; focus on getting that tension / tightness deep behind your balls. Try to relax your hips, you may even need to push them forward a little. You need to feel it behind your balls if it's working.
-> IMMEDIATELY after the manual stretching masturbate; continue to get as hard as you can over and over *but do not ejaculate* ... do that for 15 minutes.
-> Also WHENEVER you are able do more manual stretches. Even if it's just when pee'ing do manual stretching... even if it's 30 seconds. When I'm at work I always use a stall now. At home I sit too. Believe me; this constant several times a day thing helps... you will notice that a few days into it. When I wake up; on the way to the can I stretch, I stretch in the shower, etc. etc. I stretch as much as I can all the time every day.

@dablocks - try jelqing 5 days on in the shower with some lube and taking 2 rest days off. Do this consistently. The amount of reps you may want to do are 100-200 reps. Maybe even 300 reps if your penis feels like it can handle that 5 days straight. Or you could do 150 reps the first 3 days and 250 reps the last 2 days. Don't try to force the gains by jelqing really hard though. Take your time with it. PE can be looked at as a life-long process so be patient with it because the gains will come if you stay consistent.Stay cautious about your PI's, take at least two days of rest time, and pray all goes well every day.

You just answered your own question. Try increasing your intensity. Also, great EQ is worth more than anything else, so good for you!!
Just remember, consistency and persistence always yields results. So your gains will come, in time. Good luck.

Depending on what you're doing before you PE, chuck in a fower or LAS as a warm up, just set into place 10-20 minutes before you want to start your routine. Then you can continue doing whatever you do and don't need to spend 10 of the 30 minutes you have for PE warming up. I find a 10 minute LAs followed by just like 1 minute of fire starters or helis has my member packing lots of heat.
Doing this allows for the full 30 minutes you have for PE exercises which is more than enough time. I'd focus on either length or girth, don't try and get both. A 30 minute stretching routine of basic directionals plus some A and V stretches is a great way to get length.
Alternatively, you could use the 30 minutes for jelqing, or for girth compression work such as ulis or squeezes.
Really, my routines never take much longer than 30 minutes, so you have loads of time.I'm back!
