So far I have not seen any gains. I have been doing PE for about a year now and have not seen any increase in erect length.
My workout consists of.
Warm-up in the shower followed by strectching. I strectch for a count of 15 down to the left and right and then pull straight out for 2 counts of 15. Then I do an
A-stretch, I think thats right, by wrapping my flacid penis over and around a cyclindercal shampoo bottle. I do six sets, 3 with each hand for a count of 20,25 and 30.
I jelq for about 20 minutes. Broken up into sets of about 30-45 seconds. I alterante with two over hand grip, one hand over hand grip and pinch side grip. I will also add one handed under hand grip. I try to keep my erection level around 40-60 percent, though it goes up and down and I rarely get close to full erection.
I also have been using a Bathmate pump in the shower for 10-20 minutes depending on how much time I have.
My flacid length seems to have improved, but there has been no change in erect length or girth. I'm not sure what what I'm doing wrong. Like I said I have been working out for about a year. I'm starting to get down about my lack of progress. Any advice?

Beastman, it is very important that you keep kegel and Reverse Kegel exercises throughout your week. Do not overdo them but a strong pelvic floor will help more blood go into the penis, and more gains. I feel way better after incorporating kegels every week and I believe that is what sparked my recent length gains. why don't you look up minuteman's dry orgasm guide on PEgym. ( I would link it but I don't know how to link it other than the URL) This will help you build your pelvic floor and keep the blood healthy in your penis. Your exercises seem good, but be sure to check your PIs. I found that to be crucial in my gains. I have not gained too much but I did gain so i feel that I must be doing something right. Just be careful and see if that guide is the missing piece to your puzzle. Also, I see that you do A- stretches. Maybe incorporate a different stretch on different days. I love bundled stretches. Research some more advanced stuff to see if maybe the stretch you are doing just isnt for you. I do a different stretch every day. Hope this helps

Yup, what GoingforGold said. I agree. Up your intensity and/or change-up your routine to find something that makes your penis feel "tired" but not injured. Over time, a long damn time, you will see results. How's your EQ? To be honest, that is all that matters. Great EQ=Great Cock.

I definitely agree with the idea already given, you need to increase a lot on your stretches.
Considering your jelqing:
Broken up into sets of about 30-45 seconds
