Thread: ONLY girth or ONLY length?
- 05-14-2013 #1
Morning brothers! This is an idea that I've been struggling with for a while and wanted to get your opinions. Again, this is ONLY my opinion, and definitely don't mean to challenge anyone elses by posting, just thought it could be an interesting discussion. I've been seeing more and more posts about "ONLY doing girth exercises, or ONLY doing length exercises" because somehow doing one will slow down or halt the other. My theory is this; the penis is three dimesional, so, wouldn't exercising it to grow one way (i.e. girth) also cause it to grow the other way (i.e. length) even if it's just slightly? I seem to remember Big Al saying something about this years ago (and please, Big Al, correct me if I'm wrong!).
What do you bros think?

I believe if you want girth than make girth a bigger target but still work length, and the other way around. I cant see how working one will hinder the other. I know many say that girth work will slow length gains but I don't buy into that.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Most guys focus on one thing, length or girth. Divide and conquer. There is only so much time in the day after all..

That's what I've always thought, as well. I think I have a pretty solid overall routine at the moment, but have recently added pumping to my routine to spice things up (so to speak lol). With that being said, all of these "girth work will hinder your length!" posts have gotten me a little nervous. lol!

I think the issue is that it is ineffective to mix routines and expect both to occur evenly. While doing one, I believe the other is slightly hindered, but this can easily be remedied by taking a proper cementing period for whatever gains you make, and then maybe taking a month or so off post-cementing. If time is an issue however, like say you only had 15-20 minutes for PE, I would say it would be better to do length only or girth only, if only for the fact that gains will be slow enough with limited time for PE so you don't want to slow them down even further by only getting 10 minutes of length work in per day.I'm back!

Now that I totally agree with. Thankfully for me, I've been able to devote a good hour to PE each night before bed, so I think my "all around" routine is pretty good for now.

The penis gets tired and even though length and girth exercises target different parts of the penis, it still effects the other workout. I think aiming for girth and length is the most time-efficient way to grow your penis.
I don't think girth hinders length, but maybe I'm biased. The only difference I notice with girth is that it is easier to grip for stretches.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume
6.7x5.9 - 8.57x6.5 or bigger than 9/10x49/50 - 2999/3000x1666/1667

Well.. I grew quite nicely in all 3 dimensions from my first routine (which I have done up until a month ago).
Had a quite intensive stretching routine mostly for length, however, my following jelqing routine was mostly for girth.
It should through be mentioned that I grew more in length then in girth....The hammer i speak of is my manhood.
Pre-PE Stats (Dec. 2012): BPEL: 6.9'', MEG: 4.8''
April 2013: BPEL: 7.6'', MEG: 5.2''
May 2013: BPEL: 7.7'', MEG: 5.25''
July 2013: BPEL: 7.75'', MEG: 5.3''
August 2013: BPEL: 7.8'', MEG: 5.4''

It's kind of hard to disagree with math/physics. If you don't agree with length before girth at least have a good rebuttal for it instead of saying "I don't buy into it." Just stating that you don't agree with something without providing a counter-argument does nothing for the community.Collection of scientific articles and books related to PE: pe_sources.zip
