so first let me explain my issue...
so i get morning wood just fine and all, can get hard laying down, but if i am hard and stand up, it like starts to die immediately.
and if i try to masturbate standing, like at the sink, or in the shower, it's basically just masturbating a 50% hard erection, it is very hard to get more than that it seems. even when having sex with my gf standing up, i can get it pretty hard and start but i swear it dies down to the like 50% erection and i will like slip out or something a lot....and then it isnt even hard enough to really get back in
however, when i am getting close to ejaculating, i notice it does start to get hard
is this something that kegels will help? and if so, what kind of routine would be recommended and then how long do i need to do them, or is it something i just have to do forever? (feel like most guys never kegel really in the general public and have no problem keeping a strong pc muscle)
also, what is unconscious kegeling and what are the effects? just curious to see if maybe i suffer from this
and finally, what do reverse kegels do?
could use a bit of guidance on this matter, thanks!
