Is it possible to maintain the same fat pad that you had when you were young maintaining a healthy lifestyle: exercising regularly and eating healthy?

I think one could have that as a lifetime goal, you would have to keep an eye on it. May be possible.

Absolutely! It's just of course going to get tougher and tougher to maintain as you get older for obvious reasons (lower test production/hgh output, slower metabolism...etc.). But absolutely possible!
