I've been having g this problem recently and before I continue my other people goals I want advice on how to further improving my erections. Scale of 1-10 ID say I'm a 7 with the main issue being at the underside base right behind my testes. the rest of my penis will be quite hard but that spot never fills up fully so even what I consider erect if hangs downward rather than pointing upward.
Any exercises to maybe increase the blood flow and strengthen that area? No sense having a great looking penis if it only half works.

Kegels, stretching, jelqs starting at the base
If all else fails try an extender or hanging, ive heard those help with base girth
