Thread: Losing My Faith In Kegels

Hey guys needed some advice or inspiration or something! So ive been doing regular standard keegels for about 4 months. After learning about reverse kegels two months ago i started doing those as well. I also do core exercises when i work out and lower ab exercises that are supposed to relax the pelvic floor muscle. Ive never experienced premature ejaculation but i did have difficulty getting and keeping an erection. (Later with more research started to think it was performance anxiety + "low normal" testosterone) Ever since i began kegels I have never been able to last more than 5 minutes with my girlfriend. I also have not seen an ounce of improvement in EQ from them. I am also begining to feel this uncomfortable pressure behind my penis and testicles. I feel like theyre hurting more than helping. I want to last longer in bed and gain stronger EQs but since im starting to have doubts about kegels i might just stick to edging and using my Fleshlight STU once it gets here. As far as EQ i just bought 3 of the 5 Gs so hopefully that can take the place of kegels. Can anyone advise?

It sounds like you may be working the PC too much and the soreness from the stress is causing temporary ED. How many reps are you doing? And how long do you hold them in for while contracting the muscle?

100 morning Rks 100 mid day rks and 100 nighttime reg kegels. after each 100 i will try to hold for 5 seconds after for as long as i can which is usually no more than 10 times. This is every other day.

Back down on them, they are not going to help when you do too much, 100 of them 3 times a day is way too much, try 3 sets of 10 a day. I have no knowledge of the Fleshlight but I don't think it is anything more than a glorified masturbation toy. I personally could never buy one.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Ahh ok. Didnt know i was overdoing it. I see people post all the time about once your conditioned to kegel all the time. Will try to see what a break and majority of RKs will do. Thanks Big O. As far as the Fleshlight never had a sex toy and my hands been getting pretty tired lately so at worst it could up being a win lose lol.

Make sure you work on upping the hold time. Shoot for a minimum of ten seconds realistically twenty seconds per kegel/ reverse kegel. Next, try alternating kegel, reverse kegel and do them in sets of 10-20 throughout the day as many sets as comfortable. The main goal should be control and technique the secondary goal should be strength. Work on developing the ability to slowly contract and release, and focus on TECHNIQUE.In the forward progress of society and feminism, masculinity (in my opinion) has failed to adapt.
