Thanks for the advice everyone, all are interesting strategies; however, back when I started PEing I read that gaining length is a lot harder than gaining girth, therefore Length should be done first as it is also harder to gain length after one has gained girth. I'm assuming the consensus is still the same. Anyway my question is now that I am going to implement more advanced stretches, would you guys recommend a 50-50 approach as it pertains length and girth or more of a length weighted routine? My goal is to get to NBPEL7x6 so I'll try and get some length in first.

I might suggest tunica tugs also. You talk about not relaxing.. I think it's kind of like how you can't give yourself a massage because you are using the muscles you are trying to relax. I do think that relaxing the ligs is important. I notice that when I hang I get a better overall stretch because my whole body can relax. I would suggest hanging also.

Cool so this is what I did last night:
1. Rice sock warm-up-5min
2. Stretching up, down, left, right, straight out for 1 min each 2x high intensity
3. Tunica tugs 5 30 seconds each
4. A-stretches and flaccid bends 30 seconds each up down left right 1 min each high intensity
5. 10 min jelq at <30% erect
6. Edge for 15 min
7. warm down with rice sock
What are mandingo stretches? Should I include more? Should I reduce some?

As far as gaining length before girth goes, in my opinion it is a bullshit theory, it would only hinder gains if you grew more fibers in the tunica but since the tunica stretches in both directions there is no need for people to keep pushing this crazy idea. If anything forcing the tunica out wards shoud loosen and fatigue the tissue and fibers thus making stretching in all directions easier.
I see that the best gainers are very often those that did both length and girth, I have done both and had the best gains when I did so.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Although all the advise is good and you should warm up/down (rice sock is a good choice) for 10-20 minutes according my recommendation, you need to know what you want for your shaft to be like. Example, if you are targeting more so length,
then take the time out and research all the length exercises and see what may apply to you. The same goes with girth.
For the love of God, please do not do sessions of exercise based on time but more on actually reps and sets because it is bound to change in time along with erection levels.
So right now take some time out still doing your kegels 3 times a week and edging at separate times as well to formulate a game plan with reading different exercises to achieve your goals. There is nothing wrong with that or even giving your penis a rest which can help with gains due to repair and additional fiber gains.Begin 7/25/2011:

Getting good PI's for now hopefully this will show results. Any explanation of the Mandingo stretch, I've read JP's explanation but It's kinda confusing

I agree with BigO. Anything getting more blood circulation should be of help to length. I cant confirm this so chime in if any one knows ,but as you get bigger over all I would think length would be easier with more member to pull.
