Thread: stretching after workout?

I warm up stretch and begin my routine.
But im not stretching afterwards.
Am I doing it wrong by not stretching before and after or is that just a matter of opinion?

Am I right when I assume you mean "I warm up, stretch, and begin my routine" ??
About the stretching. Most people do stretching before other exercises since stretching, which is mainly a length exercise, might also have influence on jelqing, which is mainly a girth exercise, by loosening the ligs and tunica.
But you don't have to stretch both before and after. Unless you are really crazy for length gains... But then again, you might overdo it if you decide to stretch at both times. So just follow whatever starter-routine you are on, and you will be fine

Well sonny I understand that may help if I post my stats, but with all due respect what difference does that make to be able to answer my question. And also honestly I didnt take this too serious to start cause I didnt believe in PE at first.
Im not concerned about exact measurements as long as I feel better with my penis.

Wet jelqs, ulis, horse squeeze, and erect bends.
And im very happy with my girth gains so far.
But the reason I ask about the before and after stretching is because im not seeing as much length gains compared to my girth. Im also wondering if I just dedicated a day to stretching and lower erection wet jelqs perhaps I will see better length gains.

Ok I get that. Well i know that hasnt happened yet. And I tried stretching before and after my workout and for the rest of the day yesterday and all morning today my flaccid size is definitely hanging lower and is fuller.
I may try stretching before and after for a while and see what happens as long as I dont hurt myself

And also since I didnt measure from day one i feel like its too late to post my measurements now cause idk how much ive gained..all I know is that its growing and im happy
