I just want to get the why's on this. I've been doing PE for 6 complete months and my routine looks like this:
1. Rice sock warm-up for 5-10 min
2. Stretch for 30 min
3. jelq for 30 min
4. Edge for 15 min
5. cool down
2 days on 1 day off
I've heard from a lot of people that I maybe stretching for too long, but my PI's are fine. I have not gained any length though but as far as pain or discomfort is concerned I have felt none of that. Just curious what other guy's stretching sections/routines look like?

Yes, you may need to SHOCK your cock into gains. Kegels are a great addition; so is the cardio. I was long distance
swimming, one to two miles, almost daily, when I made my biggest gains.
I would also consider longer, more intense jelqing sessions before stretching. There is a great combination exercise
that did wonders for me. I did a full jelq, then finished if off with a straight out and then down, HARD, stetch, the
whole movement lasting about five secGoing411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

I used to do kegels right before my workouts but now I'm set to do them at least two hours before my workout. Hopefully that will make a difference, also I never used to warm up before stretching, actually I used to have an edging sesh before my workout as a warmup. Now I will use a rice sock to warm up hopefully that will make a difference. Also I will be stretching in all directions instead of just towards my belly. Consistency has never been a problem but I will try and be extra disciplined this month. There is definitely room for improvement so hopefully there will be growth. I'm out to workout my penis

How about going some advanced stretch techniques?
- Tunica Tugs
- Flacid bends
- Mandingo stretches
- Bundled stretches
If i were you i would increase the intensity, and shorten the the total duration of your stretch session. Watch your PI's carefully, implement new techniques slowly.

yea I will probably end up doing more advanced stretches. Would you guys recommend dropping any girth exercises?

If you've been stretching for 30 minutes for 6 months, dropping to 20 minutes won't make you gain. I don't think you are stretching too much. You said you have positive PIs so there's no reason to reduce volume.
Could you specify what kind of stretching you do? Like another person said, it may be time to move on to more advanced stretches such as fulcrums. It could also be that you are stretching too lightly.Collection of scientific articles and books related to PE: pe_sources.zip

jelqing for the next three months, essentially this routine with a few modifications. This is my old routine but really the only thing new about this is that I am not edging and instead warming up at the start of my workout. I feel that may not be enough to promote growth so I am just looking for some suggestions about what I can do.
for the first 4 months I used to stretch in every direction: up, down, left, right, and straight out. These past couple of months I've been stretching only toward my belly. I also read that some guys were able to get their flaccid stretched penises to stretch 1-2 extra inches by relaxing while they stretched and not pulling so hard, rather easing their penises out. I tried that for about two months. So to answer your question, the intensity for the first 4 months was pretty high, I pulled hard. The last two months It's been softer, so low intensity that gradually builds to medium high intensity. I may include more advanced stretches next month but I want to know which ones I should start with and If I should include any girth work in my routine?
