If I do a intense length workout 1 day then do the same for girth the next day then rest, then repeat the cycle, will I get gains in both length and Girth at the same time? or will the combination hinder length and girth growth?...cause I heard somewhere on here once that length hinders girth and vice versa. but I realy want to find a way to not neglect both of them and get to where I wanna be faster. thanks for the help!

These kinds of questions cannot be answered. Each of us is different, and what hinders one guy sets another one off. Guys gain at different paces even when doing the exact same routine. Listen to your pecker, make sure you know your technique and what your goals are, then see what happens. Anyone who gives you a direct answer is only making a projection, but projections don't do anything, you do. Good chance you will end up tweaking your routine many times over, maybe even throwing whole routines out, but again, what you do or gain will only be determined after you begin.

Common knowledge and anecdotal evidence pits length and girth gains against each other. You can't manage to gain both substantially and simultaneously. If you do, then it is just an EQ improvement.
Length first, then girth. That's the rule, and it works.
Think of it like normal bodybuilding. While you can get bigger and remain cut at the same time, the process takes far longer and is much more diffixult than bulking and cutting (read: working on length then girth).Starting: 4/2/2013

Frisson you are basically saying only do PE for length until you have achieved the desired length. Then begin with girth ?
That would mean only doing stretches you couldnt even jelq , I dont know if I agree with that.
I think like working out ur muscles if I do chest and shoulders on the same day I feel great. But I work different muscles the next day..
I feel it would be the same with doing stretches and low erection jelqs one day and ulis and squeezes the next day would be ideal.
But like rbi99 said thats only my opinion

Nothing wrong with light jelqing. Most hangers do 10 minutes of light jelqs and/or edging after a session.
Also you cannot compare PE and weightlifting and I wish these comparisons would stop happening.

Thats a rather bold statement eow...
How can u say u cant compare when the whole reason PE works is tearing and rebuilding....just as working out does...

If you are talking about the creation of microtears and the subsequent "filling in" with healthy collagen fibers, then I suppose you are tearing and rebuilding. However, the penis is not skeletal muscle so the process of tearing and rebuilding is different and we cannot use skeletal muscle principles to form PE strategies. I mean, we can, but it would be inaccurate at best.
