For some (and I think they are the minority), two hour jelqing sessions are just what they want and need, and more importantly, willing to do. But I think for the majority of us two hours will leave us with a tired, limp dick, and happy as hell that the time is up. I absolutely understand that each of us needs to do what they feel is best for themselves, and I am not making a value judgement at all, because the only routine that is right is the one that is right for you. That being said, Dickie85 is probably the only dude here that claims to do two hours, mostly erect, seven days a week. If it is true he does what he says, I think he should call himself Irondick!!!

For me, that has been normal and perfectly fine. Having more pronounced veins is something that comes along with PE. Jelqing for 1-2 hours is going to contribute to that. In regards to the heaviness, to me that is a positive PI as long as there is no pain accompanied with it. My penis usually feels heavy because I've had an extremely good and long jelq session. Some of us are "showers" and some of us are "growers." The reason that it might not look to have increased in length is because you might be a grower. Your length may look like it has not increased, but once you get an erection, the length can increase dramatically.

You'll be fine. Don't be afraid to take a couple of days off after jeqling 2 hours straight. Sometimes I have to take 4-7 days because of the soreness. I want to try to jelq for 3 hours, but I most definitely will need to take like 10 minute breaks in between

Please explain to me why you think this way. Do you think good looking girls come right out and ask how big you are? Good looking girls that have half a brain use their brain to pick and chose a guy for a hell of a lot more than "hoping" he has a big cock. I don't think I've ever had this 'soreness' that people mention.
How does overtraining relate to soreness? Presumably when you're slightly sore, then you're on the verge of overtraining, and you have pushed your cock to the max without quite overtraining, hence the ideal situation that you want to be in really since this suggests that your workout was very effective.
However, this implies that if you aren't feeling soreness and you haven't injured yourself, then by the above definition you couldn't have overtrained.
