Hey everyone, I'm relatively new to pe gym maybe a month or so. Basically want to get feedback from people who have done this longer and have experience on what and what does not work. My routine consists of:
10 min stretching while in shower
Stretching includes left, right, up, down, and straight forward holding each for 30 secs for 3 sets. Then proceed to helicopter stretches with 25 rotations each way for 3 sets.
Now I proceed straight to my jelqs. I do 200 in total with two strokes counting as one jelq. I do 45-60 second horse squeezes, 60 compressor squeezes, and 100 v jelq. I*break all these exercises into four sets. So one set in this order is 50 jelqs, then 25 v jelq, then horsesqueeze, then 15 compressor. This routine usually takes me 45 mins to do excluding warm up.
The same stretching as my warm up but sometimes I do half the amount.
Anyways let me know what you think both positive or negative.

Your second post too. I did read your first one, just to see if anyone else 'slipped ya a welcome', but nope. So I get a point on my welcome counter. Everytime I get to 100, I get a cup of rum & a cookie.
Problem is, some one else (ahem, cough cough cusp cough), takes the cookie, drinks my rum, and clicks that dang Like button.
Oh gosh, got off on a rant.
To answer you question, sometimes I think positive.

Welcome to the gym. This link https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html has a few different beginner routines, I personally like the JP 90 day routine.
Enjoy the forums.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Welcome to the gym, I'm relatively new here as well.
Your routine seems a little too much for a beginner. The key is to condition your unit before you go onto intermediate and advanced techniques. I've been doing PE for around 3 months, and only recently added Uli's and erect squeezes. I've simply added to and adjusted the JP90 routine, starting with increasing intensity, reps, and stretching.
With that said your routine seems solid. Be aware of your PI's and post your gains.
How are the horse squeezes working for you?

Extenders are clinically proven, not just anecdotally. Hanging works on the same principle (continuous time under tension), it just utilizes a lot more tension and therefore requires less time to produce the same results.
