    For some reason my base has really different girth from mid shaft and glans.

    Something i gotta do specially for glans and base?

    I'm at 4.5" glans, 5.2" mid shaft, 6" base

    We are nearly having the same problem but i need primarily girth at glans

    Do exercises that expand those parts of your penis. I like erect/semi-erect swings for base and squeezes up to behind the glans for the glans. I used to be unhappy with my small glans girth and now it's excellent. Never squeeze the glans directly!

    I have been doing heated bundled LAS's, and when you bundle up your shaft your base looks huge. I strongly believe that though regular LAS's only work on flaccid gains, these add erect girth also, including your base. I use a heating pad which provides steady, even heat. Bundle your unit up and then do a regular LAS. If you don't get a lot of twist, do it anyways, sit on it for a few minutes, stand up and retwist. The initial heat will make your unit very pliable and you will be able to twist it much more.

    I used to have the same problem , a baseball bat, then i started jelqing with my picky facing up so i can get more of the base and it fixed it
