I am trying to understand this tgc theory.
My bpfl length is the exact same length as my bpel length.
My eq recently is a solid 10
Not sure if it matters but my erect girth when at a 10 is smaller then when say at a 8 or 9 eq by a 1/8 inch
My routine since joining has only be EQ related exercises so if I understand this theory right my tunica is mY limiting factor.
If this is correct what manual exercises focus tunica the best?

Yes, from my understanding this means that your tunica is the limiter. The theory makes sense to me but I can't say I've tested it on myself, so......
As for the best exercises, I will let a more experienced member answer that.

When you're EQ is 100%, all of your tunica tissues are taut. This makes your girth smaller than when EQ is 8090%.
The two primary indicators that your tunica is the limiting factor is BPFL ~BPEL and you have maxed out EQ. So, you're right, the tunica is now your limiting factor.
The choice of manual exercise depends on your goals. If you're looking for length, then increase your time stretching. You may also consider starting to hang. You can learn how to quickly make an inexpensive beginner's device here. If you're looking for girth, then start incorporating girth exercises like squeezes, ulis, UV, UJ, Horse Squeezes, Iso Compress squeeze, etc. You'll want to be very careful and proceed cautiously with girth work. You don't want to break you dick.

Do you really think your EQ is at 10 out of 10? Meaning that you can't possible reach a higher EQ level in your entire life not even from "trying to improve it withexercises" Wow i say
