I've been losing weight (by eating regular meals--30 pounds in two years time) and
my fat pad is finally starting to subside some. My goal is 180--10 more pounds, which
was where I was back in '03-'04 when I made my biggest gains. Some of that had to
be from a reduced fat pad.

Regarding clamping, I clamp at the base--digging into the inner penis as best I can.
I like the feel when I get a good hold and press down, while pulling on it.

Results? Nothing permanent, but I do get good temporary BPFLS increases.
