My experience with fasting was more like 75% muscle loss and it took some time to regain.
I was competing in Judo I started at 14y and between 18 and 28y fought under 78kg. I actually weighed 75kg most of this time and so didn't have to come down for comps. I was allways very lean between Judo , weights and road work it just burnt me up. I actually had to work at getting under 78kg for my last comp at 33y.

I didnt have any measurements before I started, but i lost 20 pounds over the last year, and 8% bf. Currently at 174 and 16% bf, my penis does hang longer. With an erection it looks bigger, but I have also maintained my PE and weight loss so I am not sure of the cause of the change other than I like it. My abs are defined and muscles are tight. Still working on the last 4% bf I want to lose.
Guess I need to start keeping track.

Looks like I need to work on length.
